3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use related to your college admission process, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

Campus Sathi expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, includin`g, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from the use of the Services (including predictions or recommendations) will be accurate, reliable, or complete; or (d) any errors in the Services will be corrected.

College admission predictions and recommendations are based on historical data and algorithms; they are estimates and not guarantees of admission. Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective colleges and universities. Campus Sathi provides guidance and tools but is not responsible for the outcome of any admission application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Campus Sathi, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the Services.
